Welcome to High Plains Goldens!

We have produced many wonderful pets, multiple excellent hunting dogs, and a few service and therapy dogs.  

 

These are field-bred Golden Retrievers with an off switch so they make fantastic companions along with being extremely smart and trainable. They are not couch potatoes!

​

I work to keep the COI low when I'm planning litters to try to reduce the amount of inheritable diseases that are so common within the breed.  ​​

 

I have been blessed to be able to bring several field line dogs from the UK into my program and I am always watching for unusual pedigrees to incorporate.  â€‹
